3 Full Prenatal yoga practices ( Coming soon)

Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your baby and body during this beautiful time.  You will be guided safely by experienced yoga instructor Paula Lay throughout the entire journey of your pregnancy, with 3 different full-length yoga practices that address the needs and concerns of each trimester.

The yoga sequences aim to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and fit throughout your pregnancy.  There is a strong focus on the breath that will help with relaxation and concentration, while the poses build strength, stamina and flexibility.  These are all wonderful tools that may help to ease the process of labor and delivery.

These 3 moving meditations reduce fatigue, tension and tightness and will help to energize and rejuvenate the mind and body.

Strengthen, lengthen & flowstrengthvid

(Trimester 1 & 2) (60min)
